Description : hello i have been a Member since dec 2007 and have played alot of the game to work myself up to level 70 Warlock.But resently i have had problems with my Disability and have not been able to get on the internet in just over a month.And too my shock when i logged into my account i noticed all my Action log items in my inbox has been erazed.I had no way of getting in game in between that time. I know i had invested alot of my Gold in the Auctions including Primal mights and other items.So when i log in game i would have expected to either have the items that didnt sell or the items that sold and gold to collect.I worked so very hard in the game to build myself up trying to save for a pro flying skill.And now i only have 5g in my pocket.I am about to decide to end my WoW account as i think the postbox needs more time than a month before items time out and get lost.You forget real people have real problems in real life! we pay for our months even when we are not in game! and when we can log in! Your mail box takes our items from Auction house.I know it is clearly stated that its a month.But you could respect your players a bit more.I am sure that i will leave game! But i hope you can learn from this and improve the time in the mail box.I am very sorry about this letter!But its my last hope! in helping you not lose customers over this.My brother had an account in this game! Its too late to help him! he has already cancelled his account about 2 months ago.so if this problem has effected us then maybe its causing lots of ther people to get upset and close their accounts.I sure dont want to pay more to go farming again to get back to what i was. I like questing and fighting! But i was always to busy trying to save up for my epic mount.I am not going to do that again.I want to spend my gaming helping others.Take care all you at WoW.Please take my letter and make sure it helps you all understand us all.You need to encourage Happy players!
